Little Lace Books
that´s what I have been working on lately.
I really enjoy using little snippets
and pieces and leftovers for these
this is the layers in two books
not two 'pages' are alike
Here´s a little peek at one of the pages.
The covers are made from vintage quilt pieces.
Some very worn ones I came across some time ago.
Love the faded colors and just knew they would
be perfect for this project.
some more details on the pages.
a sweet little pocket with a teeny tiny bird tag
another with a sweet vintage image
cute velvet flowers
and vintage buttons
You can see the quilt cover on this one
tied with a silk ribbon with an old
rusty belt bucket
Just a little more than a week to go
before I leave for London and The Hugglets Fair.
There´s still things to do
but I think I´m on schedule.
Thanks for visiting today
and wishing you all a very beautiful day
this first day of autumn.

I love them! Tina you are amazing... I might have to try these when my life slows down a little... if I ever get my studio back and running. Everything is packed away in bins and it is driving me bonkers. Next week after the flea market I will hit it hard. I need to start doing Christmas!
Blessings to you
